SUNSHINE PEDIATRICS OF FLORIDA SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY 2023

ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP

We are proud to offer a yearly scholarship of $1000+ starting 2023 for one of our graduating senior patients! Scholarship funs will be paid in December 2023 or January 2024 for the second semester of the student’s first year directly to the college and not to the student.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAS

• Must be a patient of Sunshine Pediatrics for minimum of 2 years.
• -Must have a GPA or 3.2 higher.
• -Must write a 200-300 word essay about how you have contributed and made a difference on a personal or community level in your high school years.

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Submit by by October 1st
• Completed Application
• High School Transcript
• College Acceptance Letter and evidence of commitment
• Volunteer/Community Service Records
